3-Button Summer Suit in Light Moon Tweed

  • 100% Virgin Wool
  • Lining: 100% Viscose
  • Real horn buttons (contains non-textile parts of animal origin)

The suit consists of three parts:

Jacket: 3-button single-breasted, double back slits, 3 outside pockets, 4 inside pockets

Waistcoat: with collar and lapels, 2 outer pockets, viscose back, adjustable latch on the back

Trousers: Pleated trousers with turn-up hem, 2 obliquely front pockets, 2 back pockets with buttons. Generous cut with fabric reserve in the waistband.

The  suit looks sporty and elegant, it looks traditional and at the same time fancy. It's all the rage and this has been for over 100 years. The renowned Moon Mill has again managed to reinterpret the tweed suit. The fabric has been further developed so that it is wonderfully soft, and light for the summer.

Material Description

Moon Tweed

In 1837, the Abraham Moon Mill was founded in Great Britain. Today it is one of Britain's last remaining vertical wool factories. This means that the Abraham Moon Mill is one of the few that continues to handle all the processes in one location and is therefore known for its constant quality and its innovative design.

What makes Wolle so special?

Wool has a unique structure that gives it a natural elasticity, so that the substances return to their natural shape. Wrinkles and crease folds are also avoided. It can easily absorb up to 30% of its weight in moisture, without feeling moist or clinging. The ability of wool to absorb moisture makes it comfortable under warm as well as under cold conditions. In addition, wool fabrics are tear-resistant and the outer skin of the wool fibre is like a protective film, which gives the wool an improved robustness.
