In many individual steps, these high-quality shoes are manufactured by hand. The leather used has already been selected with special care. After a long search we have found boxcalf and aniline leather in France that meet our requirements because it is unusually fine and firm. Besides, our sole leather is the best in the world. It comes from the company Johann Rendenbach in Trier and bears the seal of quality of the Altgerber Association. Complex one-year tanning in a pit achieves a durable sole leather that is elastic and breathable. In wet conditions, you can let the shoes dry at room temperature or plug it out with newspaper. Do not put the shoes in front of fireplaces, radiators or heating, since the heat dries out the leather and this can lead to cracks in the shoes. For the removal of dirt and mud, just grab a wet cloth.
As with any leather shoe, a shoe polish must not be missing. We recommend that you polish your shoes with a wax shoe polish in the right color.
