Ties

Silk ties in paisley, stripes and plain, 8 cm wide

At John Crocket, all ties are made of 100 per cent silk, in the classic width of 8 centimetres that suits most shirt collars and jacket lapels. The silk gives the tie its subtle sheen and ensures the knot sits cleanly.

Paisley forms the heart of the selection, joined by club-style stripes, floral designs, medallion patterns and plain ties. The patterns range from understated tone-on-tone to strong contrast, and many designs come in several colourways, so tie, shirt and suit can be matched to each other.

Silk does not tolerate machine washing. Have stains dry-cleaned, undo the knot after wearing and store the tie hanging or loosely rolled so the weave can smooth out again.

In the same material there are matching silk bow ties and pocket squares with which patterns and colours can be combined. In our store on Friesenstraße in Cologne you can handle the ties and hold them against shirt and jacket.
