Shirts in 100% two-ply cotton, in Classic Fit and Slimline

In everyday wear, a good shirt has one job above all: to sit cleanly, look well kept and work reliably on its own, under knitwear or under a jacket.

Our collection is designed for exactly that. Our shirts are made of 100% cotton in two-ply 100/2 x 100/2 with weave structures such as fil-à-fil, poplin or pinpoint Oxford. The fabric is soft and light in the hand, yet hard-wearing, and recovers well from creasing: a clear advantage on long days at the office, when travelling or at events.

The shirts are made in Portugal, with genuine mother-of-pearl buttons, removable collar stays, a slightly longer cut and a two-piece yoke (split yoke).

They also have flat-felled seams at the sides and sleeves with a high stitch density, cross-stitched buttons, a small extra button on the sleeve placket and the embroidered John Crocket lettering on the inside of the back yoke. Depending on the model, there is a breast pocket on the left front, and a button cuff or double cuff.

The range is deliberately kept simple: Kent, button-down and cutaway collars, in Classic Fit or Slimline, with regular and long sleeve lengths, so that you can choose each shirt precisely by collar style, occasion and build.

Linen is breathable and temperature-regulating, and it wears light and airy without losing its smart appearance. Our linen shirt has a button-down collar with two buttons. It also has rounded cuffs, an extra button on the sleeve placket and a breast pocket on the left front. The buttons are genuine mother-of-pearl. It works for relaxed casual outfits as well as an informal business or occasion look.
