Our silk cravat with a Paisley pattern in Burgundy is worn inside an open shirt collar, where a necktie would be too formal. The teardrop-shaped paisley motif comes from Kashmir and takes its name from the Scottish weaving town of Paisley. It has a long tradition in British menswear and gives the cravat an expressive look that never turns loud.

How to wear an ascot

Lay the cravat loosely around the neck, cross the ends over one another and tuck them into the shirt collar. It needs no knot. A tie pin holds the folds in place, but it is not required.

Wear it with shirts worn open at the collar, under a jacket, a cardigan from our knitwear or a tweed jacket. A pocket square completes the look.
